Lifecycle Management
With c-Com´s lifecycle management you have one central platform for all participants that are involved in your processes (e.g. you and your suppliers), with which you digitize and optimize your processes. By using serialized tools you have an overview of your tool inventory and tool performance at any time, allowing you to optimally manage and track it and optimize your tool scheduling.
Digital Twin
With the serialization of the tools the technical master data is supplemented by individually collected data with which the tool history can be traced individually. The updated geometry data and the technical and logistics history are documented, making it possible to provide realtime information about the tool status.
Process
All states a tool can assume within the process and its life cycle (e.g. new, used) are documented and assigend to the digital twin of the tool. Changes of the tool geometry (e.g. due to refurbishment) as well as the current position of the tool (e.g. in storage) are stored in the digital twin. This provides a complete overview of each individual tool throughout the entire process for all participant at any time.
Tool Tracing Report
With tracking each individual tool, all available information collected within the process is provided in the tool tracing report. This gives a complete overview of your inventory at any time and answers important questions quickly, such as:
